At Turkan Travels, we value our clients’ trust and aim to maintain clear and fair refund guidelines. Since our services are based entirely within Turkey, we manage hotel bookings, ground transport, and guided tours — but we do not handle international flights or visa services.
All tour bookings require an advance payment to confirm reservations.
Remaining balance must be cleared before the start of the tour.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or approved online gateways.
If you wish to cancel your tour booking, please notify us via email or WhatsApp.
Refunds are processed as follows:
